If you are ordering a glass product, we will email you with a set of our instructions for glass deliveries to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, along with useful advice on the handling and storage of your product.

If you receive your product in a damaged state, please contact us and we will arrange for their replacement. You must inform us within 24 hours of any problems however, and please keep the original packaging as far as possible. If it is clear that your product is damaged when you receive it, please DO NOT sign for the package, but contact us immediately.
