Customer Service Administrator - Full Time
Hours of work: Mon-Fri - 9am - 5pm.
Being part of the Boards Direct team means working in an environment of support and encouragement, where colleagues work together to solve problems. The right person for this role will be a team player whilst also taking ownership of their tasks with the ability to work under their own initiative.
As a customer facing role excellent communication skills are essential when handling any enquiries and complaints. You will represent Boards Direct to the highest professional standard providing a top-quality customer experience.
