Next Day Delivery
We aim to deliver all in-stock items on the next working day if the order is placed before 1pm.
Note: This applies only to products marked 'IN STOCK Next Working Day Delivery'.
Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends are dispatched the following Monday.
Saturday or AM deliveries are available at an extra cost. Delivery times are listed on each product page under the Delivery section.

You can use our Next Day Delivery filter to view products eligible for this service.
If we're out of stock or the website has not updated, we will inform you of the expected delivery date or suggest alternatives.
Large Orders: May be palletised or delivered by our own vehicles, possibly extending delivery time. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient date.
Free Delivery
FREE delivery on all orders over £50 (inc. VAT)
Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of £7.95.
Non-mainland GB addresses: £40 delivery charge
Northern Ireland: £120 flat fee. Additional charges may apply based on size/weight and difficulty of delivery.
Furniture & Gold Service Delivery
Furniture typically requires assembly. For large furniture orders (£3000+), our Gold Service includes delivery, unpacking, configuration, and packaging removal.
Gold Service Benefits: Delivery, unpacking, configuration, and packaging removal for orders over £3000
Assembly Service is also available for smaller items at an additional cost.
Returns
Important: If you need to return an item, please use the form below. Returns without a form will not be accepted.
Returns for Businesses (B2B)
Notify us within 14 days of receipt for unwanted or incorrect items. A 20% restocking fee and collection cost apply if we arrange the return. Email sales@boardsdirect.co.uk for the correct return address.
- Returns must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be properly insured during return transit
- Minimum handling fee of £25 + VAT applies
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt
Returns for Consumers (B2C)
Notify us within 14 days for a full refund. We can collect (charges apply) or you may return the item yourself. Contact us first for the correct address.

- Items must be properly insured during return transit
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt
Important: Custom, bespoke, or printed items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged or Defective Items
Act Fast: Report damages or defects within 24 hours of receipt.
Email photos by replying to your order confirmation. If visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible.
We'll arrange collection separately from redelivery unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery of large, fragile, or made-to-order items may take longer and may require additional handling charges — we will confirm this with you before shipment.
