Mainland delivery is straightforward. Remote GB, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland charges are based on postcode and order value and are shown separately below.

Charges rise by order value from £15 to £50.
£15 under £50, rising to £120 on orders over £250.

Next working day delivery.
Available on qualifying in-stock products when you order before 1pm.
We aim to deliver all in-stock items on the next working day if the order is placed before 1pm. This applies only to products marked “IN STOCK Next Working Day Delivery”.
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends are dispatched the following Monday.
Saturday or AM deliveries are available at an extra cost. Delivery times are listed on each product page under the Delivery section.
You can use our Next Day Delivery filter to view products eligible for this service. If we're out of stock or the website has not updated, we'll let you know the expected delivery date or suggest alternatives.
Large orders may be palletised or delivered by our own vehicles, which can extend the delivery time. We will contact you to arrange a convenient date where required.

Large, fragile or made-to-order items
Delivery can take longer and additional handling charges may apply. We will confirm any revised cost with you before shipment.
Furniture & Gold Service.
Extra support is available for larger furniture orders and projects.
Furniture typically requires assembly. For large furniture orders of £3,000+, our Gold Service includes delivery, unpacking, configuration and removal of packaging.
Delivery, unpacking, configuration and packaging removal are included.
Assembly Service is also available for smaller items at an additional cost.
Business or consumer?
The terms are different.
Please use our returns form before sending anything back. Returns sent without the required form will not be accepted.
If you need to return an item, complete the returns form first so we can confirm the correct process and return address.
Returns for businesses
Notify us within 14 days of receipt for unwanted or incorrect items. A 20% restocking fee and collection cost apply if we arrange the return.

- Minimum handling fee of £25 + VAT
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt

Custom, bespoke or printed items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Report damage within 24 hours.
The sooner we know, the quicker we can resolve it.
Email photos by replying to your order confirmation. If an item is visibly damaged on arrival, refuse the delivery if possible.
We will arrange collection separately from redelivery unless otherwise agreed.
