LINTEX BRANDED PRODUCTS

Lintex products are shipped from the factory in Sweden directly to your delivery address (DAP).

You will be sent tracking information from the courier (NTEX) to the email address provided on your order.

For stock products, goods usually ship in 5-8 working days. For all other products, please contact us as delivery times may vary.

All estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is placed.

The confirmed shipment date is when the goods leave the factory.

Goods are sent packaged on a pallet and delivered to a ground floor location (kerbside delivery) only.

For any special delivery requirements please contact Boards Direct to make arrangements. An additional delivery charge may apply.

If upon arrival the product is damaged, this must be noted on the consignment note before receipt is acknowledged, and contact made with Boards Direct to notify us of the damage.

Claims can be filed 7 days after receipt in the event the damage was not discovered upon arrival.

Other claims due to obvious shortcomings on our part should be submitted in writing.

Standard stock products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the factory. All goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Any damage incurred during transit will be charged to the customer. Before returning any goods, a representative of Boards Direct must be contacted and a returns note obtained. Boards Direct will charge a returns fee of 20% of the total value of the goods. An order may be cancelled within three working days of order confirmation. No refunds will be issued for non-stock products that have already been manufactured.

SHIPPING

We aim to deliver all products which are in stock and available on a Next Working Day basis, directly to your door within 24 working hours, provided we receive your order before 1pm. Please note this is only for items marked as 'IN STOCK Next Working Day Delivery'

Due to current stresses on the courier network, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery, and therefore cannot accept any order with ‘Next day delivery’ being a condition of your order. We strongly advise if you are arranging a third party company to install your boards, that this is not arranged until boards have been safety received and inspected for damages. We shall not be responsible for loss arising from delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our control.

Deliveries are to ground floor only. If you have any special requests please ensure you mention these in the order comments. Please note any requests may incur an additional charge

Our couriers can deliver during any working hour of the day.

Saturday deliveries, or AM deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please note – Boards Direct sell a huge range of items, from pens, to boards, to desks. Not all items are available for next day delivery. If in any doubt, please call us, we are always on hand to discuss your specific requirement.

RETURNS

If you receive your product in a damaged state, please contact us and we will arrange for their replacement. You must inform us within 24 hours of any problems however, and please keep the original packaging as far as possible. If it is clear that your product is damaged when you receive it, please DO NOT sign for the package, but contact us immediately.
