Abstracta Agile is a portable digital screen made for work environments that demand excellent functionality, aesthetics and acoustics.
Its inspiration comes from how today’s tech companies work on projects.
It works like a project workspace on wheels, equipped with all the necessary tools: a magnetic whiteboard, a generously sized screen, an acoustic panel, a smart fold-out table for laptops, a USB-C cable for powering peripherals and connecting them to the screen and camera.
Available in 3 complementing frame and fabric colours (see below). The legs feature lockable wheels. The top section of one side can accommodate a TV screen of up to 55”.
To buy the product and NEC conferencing solution together (which consists of NEC Multisync M551 LCD 55’’ display and Bose Videobar™ VB1) add “NEC Video Conferencing” to your order from the drop-down. If you want to use your own TV instead, it should be no more than 1240mm (55”) wide. VESA mounts are included, pre-drilled into the frame for easy screen mounting. The lower part of the screen is upholstered and has a sound-absorbing filling, as well as space to conceal electronics. The other side of the screen features a full-length magnetic whiteboard. There is a foldable laptop desk on one side of the frame, which features an integrated cable (USB-C) for screen sharing and laptop charging. Power can be connected from ceiling, floor, right or left-hand side.

SHIPPING
We aim to deliver all products which are in stock and available on a Next Working Day basis, directly to your door within 24 working hours, provided we receive your order before 1pm. Please note this is only for items marked as 'IN STOCK Next Working Day Delivery'
Due to current stresses on the courier network, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery, and therefore cannot accept any order with ‘Next day delivery’ being a condition of your order. We strongly advise if you are arranging a third party company to install your boards, that this is not arranged until boards have been safety received and inspected for damages. We shall not be responsible for loss arising from delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our control.
Deliveries are to ground floor only. If you have any special requests please ensure you mention these in the order comments. Please note any requests may incur an additional charge
We class working days as Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. As a general rule, if you place your order on Tuesday (before the cut-off time) we will endeavour to deliver on Wednesday. If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, we will dispatch your order the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.Our couriers can deliver during any working hour of the day.
Saturday deliveries, or AM deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost.
Please note – Boards Direct sell a huge range of items, from pens, to boards, to desks. Not all items are available for next day delivery. If in any doubt, please call us, we are always on hand to discuss your specific requirement.
RETURNS
If you receive your product in a damaged state, please contact us and we will arrange for their replacement. You must inform us within 24 hours of any problems however, and please keep the original packaging as far as possible. If it is clear that your product is damaged when you receive it, please DO NOT sign for the package, but contact us immediately.
